Would it be worth it to at least try to negotiate my financial aid offer from the school that I put a deposit down on? I should also probably say that I would be using an offer that I received a couple of years ago when I applied. The school that I received the offer from back then was much higher ranked than the school I will be attending in the fall. The offer was 50% of tuition, and the current offer I have is 66% of tuition.

I understand that they may not have any incentive to offer more and may just say no, but I figure trying couldn’t hurt? The other problem I have is that I can’t seem to find the email with the financial aid offer, so that may also make it a waste of time. Thought?
