This is my first time applying for a Japan visa through VFS Cebu since I normally use an agency. I never received any email updates or communication from VFS, so this morning I decided to check the status online. It now says “being dispatched via courier.”

During my application, VFS provided me with an LBC tracking number, but when I try to track it on the LBC website, it says “no info found.”

Is this normal? Has anyone experienced the same thing before? How long did it take before the tracking details appeared in LBC?
