

Roblox Support is a joke. Refuses to help with damaged 20€ Gift Card without receipt, sent the EXACT same bot message twice, making me wait 20 days total.
Hey everyone,
I am officially losing my mind with the Roblox Support.
Almost two weeks ago, I bought a 20€ Roblox Gift Card. While scratching it, the PIN code got destroyed. But the **Serial Number and Barcode are 100% perfect and fully visible**.
I opened a ticket, waited forever, and they finally told me they need a store receipt. Like most people, I didn't keep the receipt for a simple gift card. I replied and explained that they can easily check the serial number in their system to see it was legally activated and has 0 Robux redeemed on it.
And what did they do? **They just sent me the EXACT SAME automated bot message a second time**, telling me to wait ANOTHER 3–10 days. By the time they reply again (if they even do), I will have been waiting for **20 DAYS TOTAL** just for them to look at a 20€ card.
They are completely ignoring my messages and just copy-pasting the same garbage template to avoid doing their job.
Has anyone successfully bypassed this bot loop or forced them to escalate the ticket to a real human/supervisor? Am I just completely robbed of my 20€?

the Snorgle is so underrated. IMAGINE COLOURING THEM IN DIFFERENT COLOURS. Like a yellow, red, green and blue one?! OMG. (Btw if anyone has snorgles, I would need 8 more, for these I would give 2 purrowls and a dragonfly)
