I was on a walk and saw this sitting with a front loader an excavator and a bulldozer across the street. The yellow in the back are a few dozen pipes. Obviously its staged for the pipes to be installed but this thing has me stumped. My best guess is a clamp or jaw type mechanism for holding the pipes but it doesnt seem to close. Maybe its on its side? There are cables with it seemingly for suspending it in the air.
