If I didn't apply for need based scholarship and have already got the offer letter, is it possible to apply later?

So i am a middle class, and paying 3lac+ a semester is a big deal.. I am looking for the scholarship option, but I know that the continuation of scholarship depends on GPA. So I am really confused about whether should I go for it or not? Some unis offering similar courses in half the fee like 1.5 lac per semester. I want to go to BNU, but i am just afraid that what if at some point the scholarship goes away and I have to pay the whole fee

Heyy guys, I got my acceptance for school of management sciences but the merit scholarship isn't included in challan. I am a gap yeat student so I have already submitted my FSc result for both years (year 1 and year 2) but still the challan shows full amount of feee. Did it happen with anyone else? Or was the scholarship already incorporated. Lmk please thankss.

Did anyone got acceptance from school of management sciences particularly Economic. If not, any idea when will we be getting an update.
