I can’t contact discord support
I had some problems with my account back in may 2024 due to being hacked and i contacted the support back then. Since then, my account has been under a different email without a password. My only way to log in is through face id.
Now my problem is, i can’t contact the support because i have to log in on the support website with both the email and password. I do not have a password and it won’t let me use face id. I can’t change my password because the verification email goes to an email address that isn’t mine (its an email address from the incident back in 2024) and i can’t change my email because i don’t have a password. Their support email is no longer supported (i tried back in february this year) so i can’t contact them about the email problem nor another problem which occurred today.
Two things.
I have a second account which i could use to contact the support about my main account but i don’t know how to prove that the main account is mine because i don’t have a password to prove it. (I am logged into my account but im assuming that they want to know the email address and password)
I also have my billing (nitro) on a different email address which i DO have access to and someone told me that this could help with changing my email address but i genuinely do not know how.
I still have the old emails from when i contacted the support back then and i have proof about my accounts email address not being mine but i really don’t know how to contact the support or how to get out of this situation.
