I am originally from Ypsi but have been away the last 10 years. I’m moving back and am finding that the renting situation is interesting… most places require 3x the rent or just have a lot of fees just for them to have no washer and dryer or any amenities. I’ve been looking in other cities as a backup but I’m just hoping anyone has some information that can point me in the right direction. As of now my best bet might be renting a modular home, but I’d love to stay in Ypsi …. Also curious what the tea is about B*** properties.
