I am getting married overseas. I want to drop my last name, keep my middle name and add my husband’s name after marriage.

1. Is this possible to do?

2. ⁠And if it is, should I do the whole thing before or after marriage?

3. Can I do these legal proceedings without going back to the Philippines?

4. ⁠Is there anybody who can point me to a good platform to get legal advices/services (free or paid, doesn’t matter as long as it’s legit)?
