What subgroup of vertebrates are species that possess 8 arms, suckers on its arms, 3 hearts, 9 brains, camera-style eyes that lack a blind spot, and a chitinous beak, but lack a vertebral and a skeleton?

If they’re part of phylum Vertebrata, shouldn’t they at least have a spinal column?
