Hello Turkish Airlines,

I'm having the worst travel experience of my life.

I arrived since last sunday and until now (7 days later), my baggage is still missing.

Every day I am being told that it is stuck at another airport and it will come the next day but nothing happens.

I spend my holidays going to the airport everyday instead of enjoying my holidays.

I have opened 2 claims at the airport and on Turkish Airlines website but no one is able to tell me when I will get my baggage.
