I know the answer is likely obvious for this question but I am interested to gain a second opinion. I just started HRT and am using two pumps of 0.75mg estrogel each day. I normally apply to either my upper arms or my thighs and have occasionally applied to my lower abdomen but in all cases when I get into the shower the next day i can notice the gel washing off (For context I have showers in the mornings and apply the gel immediately after). I’m assuming this is not a good sign and most likely my body is not cooperating with the gel? Additionally I’ve been on HRT for only a month and the changes have been minimal, but I’m also aware that progression varies between individuals so that aspect doesn’t concern me as much. Does anyone have any thoughts to contribute regarding the gel washing off the next day and wether i should look to change to tablets this early in transition?
