Vss P2P
Hello everyone,
I manage multiple customer CCTV systems using VSS Mobile with OEM Chinese NVRs.
Around 4–5 days ago, all systems suddenly became offline for remote viewing at the same time.
Example NVR details:
Current situation:
- Local HDMI viewing works perfectly
- Cameras are recording normally
- Network connection is active
- Remote access through VSS Mobile stopped working
- P2P status shows: OFFLINE
- NAT Server Address shows: NULL

Things already tested:
- Router reboot
- NVR reboot
- Reinstalling VSS Mobile
- Different phones
- Different internet providers
- Manual DNS change to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1
Important:
Multiple customer locations are affected simultaneously, not just one site.
Also, this is affecting many devices across multiple customer locations, not just a single NVR.
We are a CCTV/security systems company managing many installations, and currently a large number of systems became inaccessible remotely at the same time.
The biggest issue is that we are unable to contact VSS technical support or get any official information regarding the server status or whether the service is still maintained.
If anyone has any information, alternative solution, firmware update, or direct support contact, please let us know.
Is anyone else currently experiencing VSS cloud/P2P server problems?
Did anyone find a workaround, firmware fix, or replacement method for remote access?
