UOTNS Second read question
Simply put, what is going on in the beginning of chapter XIII? With the other Severian? I understand that he’s been captured by jibers, but what’s going on with the (maybe holographic) other Severian?
Sev himself says that it’s an image, but what’s its relation to the jibers and the ship and the plot?
