Hi everyone, My Manus account was recently suspended, and I’m in a tough spot. The automated system flagged it for "risky behavior," likely because I used the referral program to invite some friends to test a project I’m building. I’m an independent developer, and I’ve been building my own Python-based messenger called "Padik" on the platform. This is my personal project, and I’ve put a massive amount of time and effort into the code. It’s my own original work, and I really need to save it. I also use a VPN for a stable connection, which might have contributed to the "suspicious" activity. I honestly didn't know that inviting real friends for testing or using a VPN could be seen as a violation. I've already contacted support, and an agent named Sama said my case was passed to the technical team, but then the conversation was closed. It's been 5 days and I'm still waiting for an update. Has anyone dealt with this? Were you able to get your account back or at least get a ZIP export of your project files? I don’t want to lose months of my work. Thanks for any help!
