new eastwest cc user, how to use their ecosystem?
Hi! I received my EastWest Gold Mastercard yesterday. I tried to activate it thru ESTA but to no avail so I called the CS for assistance to activate the card for me.
Issues I encountered:
- I don't receive OTPs when I tried to register in the EW EasyWay app (i cant log in)
- I tried the ESTA (messenger) but there's only 2 options (Register or Activate) and when I try to click 'Activate' it says my mobile number isn't registered in their system.
Q: gusto ko sana i-lock yung card and view yung transactions but i'm not sure how to navigate EastWest ecosystem.
Q: is it normal that my account isn't ready yet? (per screenshots)
Hope you can help or guide me sana? I really find everything confusing and hassle.
Note: I do receive OTPs naman so idk what to do
