I boarded the train around 10am and found two StAFf MeMbErS loco pilots already scouting for empty berths decided to sit in mine. No issues till then. They wanted to sit till badnera. I was the only one present in the 6 berth section till then. They came put there garbage there drank water emptied their cups on the floor and were lollygagging. It was ok till then. Then came two ladies, one clearly a patient with an urine bag and an old MIL accompanying her. They took their LB and UB 7,8.
These two guys shifted on my side. So now we are three people on the 9LB. I was sitting at the edge. These guys kept all their luggage on the seat and made me scoot to the edge. This started to get on my nerves. Clearly these guys were using the seats which are not assigned to them. But to avoid confrontation i decided to adjust till badnera and went to sleep on my UB. Around 1pm I woke up and saw new people sitting on my LB, they were TTEs. Also 3 more TTEs were occupying the Side LB. I decided to go and sit down. Went straight to the tte on the edge of the seat and told him, sir 10 number meri hai. He literally ignored. The other TTEs saw that but did nothing. I again said sir 10 number seat pe baithna hai. That assholes says 10 number upper berth hai and did a tap tap tap the berth above. I lost it and said but baithne ko toh niche hai na. Idhar kya fail ke baithe ho. Meri seat hai mujhe baithna hai. That shameless guy didn't budge. The other TTEs were junior to him and seeing me agitated asked me to get on the widow side and sit there. After a while another passenger boarded at akola and was visibly frustrated seeing the crowd standing near the doors. As soon as he saw the TTEs he started blasting them ki how are the allowing so much crowd. 500-500 leke ye sab karte hai sare corrupt hai. To which the other TTEs started defending themselves. At that moment I simply asked why are you not checking their duty passes and not connecting fare to which he says they are staff members. Thake hai. Dhup hai. Toh bc hamare liye nhi hai kya. I also asked why there are so many TTEs in this coach and that blew my mind. 1 tte was assigned to 6 AC coaches of this train. That asshole was sitting in 2AC and not making rounds in other coaches. The rest of the TTEs had duty in sleeper coaches but due to the heat they all were sitting in 2AC. I made sure he realised I know what they are doing. The tte around 4pm put a voice message to his HQ that tickets cannot be checked in sleeper due to overcrowding and continued enjoying his journey without some any work. At that point there was an old lady who got assigned the 7 LB but was kept standing till bhusaval until these entitled assholes got down. Did no work, caused IR loss of income by travelling free and not charging the staff members and on top of that making paying passengers Wait.
