Hi, could someone please tell me why the leaves are turning yellow/orange?

I repotted a few months ago, and new leaves + roots were growing... but now it's stopped and the leaves are turning yellow. I thought it mightve been sun damage, so I moved it. Although another orchid I have next to it is thriving with no sun damage.

Please help!

We were gifted this gorgeous cymbidum in February, as a house warming gift and it's grown so many leaves since!

I'm completely new to plants, so seeing growth like this makes me so happy! I understand the plant obsession now, It's so rewarding.

Any advice to ensure I'll get new flowers in autumn/winter? :)
