My hair is not growing for two whole years. Help please
Hi so I need your help. My hair is not growing for two whole years. And I don't know what to do. Let me start from the beginning
So I am in my late teens and almost stepping into early twenties this year. And my hair has never been below my shoulder length. Once it reaches the ends of my chest area and thats the longest it has been. Now it's just a frizzy mess there is. When I was young, I used to study in an all girls school which had strict rules about how girls should be dresses and hairs should be tied which was very strict and caused a lot of troubles and that's why I had to shave it off.Every. Single. Year. Extreme bald at times. I remember crying in the salon at the prospect of going to school in embarassment early in the next day. also because of lices which were frequent in my hair during that time, everyone believed that shaving off my hair was my only solution. If my memory doesn't fail me, around the time I was in class 6 the hair stylist told my mom to make it less frequent or my hair will never grow back again. It was never my wish, it was mandatory.
And guess what? My hair never recovered.
Atleast that's what I believe is the cause. Mom says it's our genes from her side that we can't have very long hairs. I don't know if it's true. Because I have never heard of such a thing that hair stops growing.
Hair cuts became less frequent after that, partly because well, corona stroke.
I have always wanted long hairs... Well Rapunzel was my fav but since I can't have a hair as long as hers, atleast till waist length? The last time I had a cut was in last to last year during holidays. That's the last time my hair has been any long. This thing really hit me when one of my friends joked that while during the time I have this same hair constant, her hair has grown twice and she visited salons already twice in the year. I have tried everything. Shampoo routines, applying conditioner, rice water. Anything I can get my hands on. I even tried listening to subliminals for some, ANY result. I can't allocate any too expensive method for my hair because well, it is not practical and that I am wasting my money.
Please people. I am begging you, please tell me any inexpensive remedy, amla, neem, or anything as such which I can apply for even a basic result.
