Skyrim multiple follower help

Hi. I recently downloaded the multiple follower framework mod (this is the only mod i have) but for some reason, when i recruit a new follower they have no free inventory space? I imagine this is something i can fix in the settings somehow but i cannot find out where :( i play survival so my inventory space is very limited and i cannot work out why the multiple follower mod would change followers inventory space like that. Like i had faendal pre-mod installation and his inventory was fine. But when i told him to part ways and rerecruited him with the mod, suddenly his maximum inventory space was the items he already had on him which was very little. Any help would be very appreciated.
(sorry i may have put this in the wrong flair i have no idea what pc classic means but i use my laptop)
