Maybe stupid question.. but does fuel surcharge apply to foreign airlines as well? Planning to book from Jeju Air to Seoul
I cant find an exact answer online but maybe any of you know. I was thinking of waiting until the next advisory to wait for possible decrease on fuel surcharge or should I just buy tickets now?
