Is it worth it to extend my 2022 Škoda Slavia 1.5 DSG warranty by additional 2 years?
Yesterday I received a call from the dealership about extending my 4 year warranty which will be ending in start of September by 2 additional years for ₹22k.
Now my main concern is my car is not e20 compliant on paper since it’s a 2022 model but Škoda says all their cars beyond April 2020 are e20 compatible. Either way if tomorrow my fuel injectors give up, Škoda owes me a free replacement but won’t they simply deny it saying giving bullshit excuse like “you have used wrong fuel” or whatever they say!
So is it worth it getting the extended warranty? Or in other words can Škoda be trusted to keep their word if any problem arise during the warranty period?
