She has to be strong. I don't want some damsel in distress saved by the king type shit. she has to be open-minded. I don't want her to be an ignorant hoe only doing what she was told 'for the sake of her people.' BUT there still has to be betrayal, and a good reason for it. I also don't want an alpha, dominant mmc and preferably little to no power dynamic. I also don't want him to be a loser, like I still need to be squirming over him.
