Sports and weight lifting with coiled aneurysm?

Hello🙂,

Im 20yrs old when I got my first stroke due to unhealthy habits but the main cause is head trauma I got hit in the back of my head super hard felt like my neck over extended and then 2months later I got another stroke again then a unruptured aneurysm is found on my carotid artery luckily I survived with no disabilities also I got my aneurysm coiled and that was 3 years ago and until today im still taking blood thinner and blood pressure medications.

On my recent check up I was told I can only do walking and no contact sports or lifting, I really wanted to get into running mainly or weight lifting and boxing again if I can, I do lots of high intensity excercises back then but now im only doing long walks and bodyweight exercises and im happy because I can still excercise and maintain my health but im getting sick of everyday being constantly reminded that death is just in my shoulder everytime I do high intensity excercises and aligning it on my condition.

I wanted to know your experience and advice is it safe to do high intensity sport with coiled aneurysm? Thank you for reading and the reply❤️
