Will access
I am a UK doctor. My elderly aunt died in Toronto two months ago. I am her next of kin and godson. The executor of the will, a friend of hers, has denied me access to the will or the name of her lawyer. I need to see the will to check that she was not coerced into changing it but do not know how to do not know to go further.
