Recipe:
Ingredients:
½ zucchini
3–4 tomatoes
2 medium onions
1 red capsicum
1 whole garlic
1-2 carrots
Salt, black pepper
Olive oil
300g pasta (preferably Borges ya Barilla)
Cream (2–3 tbsp ya as per richness)
Thyme, rosemary, pizza seasoning
Fresh basil + parmesan for garnish
Step 1: Roast the Veggies
Sab veggies ko roughly chop karo.
Baking tray me daalo
Upar se olive oil, salt, pepper drizzle karo.
Air fryer: 200°C for 20–25 min
Note: Garlic jaldi cook hota hai, toh 15–18 min pe nikaal lo warna kadwa ho jayega
Step 2: Pasta cooking
300g pasta ko boil karo in salted water
Cook till al dente
Thoda pasta water reserve kar lena
Step 3: Blend the Sauce
Roasted veggies + garlic ko blender me daalo
Thodi cream add karo
Smooth, velvety sauce bana lo
Step 4: Sauce cooking
Pan me sauce daalo, 2–3 min simmer hone do
Agar thick lage → thoda pasta water add karo
Add thyme, rosemary, pizza seasoning
taste adjust karo: salt, pepper, maybe thoda chilli flakes if you like heat.
Step 5: Final Assembly
Pasta ko sauce me toss karo
1–2 min cook karo so everything comes together
Step 6: Garnish & Serve
Fresh basil sprinkle karo
