The uploaded self attested certificate(s) is/are not clear. Please re-upload a clear copy, duly self attested." I'm from nios my certificates from official {non digilock} nios website is not hand signed, what should i do to solve this discrepancy?
they also put one more discrepancy which was " INTERNET COPY NOT VALID. PLEASE UPLOAD CLEAR COMPLETE SCANNED COPY OF DIGILOCKER CLASS 12TH MARKSHEET/ CERTIFICATE." and in the document column it said "others2", so i got my digilock marksheet.
now im confused on what to use and upload. ive got 1 more day. please please any advice would be greatly aprreciated.
I am a recent NIOS Class 12 pass-out (result declared 4 June 2026).
My admission portal has raised a discrepancy and given me a 2-day deadline to upload a DigiLocker Class 12 marksheet.
Problem is:
DigiLocker marksheet for my 2026 result is not yet available/synced
Physical marksheet has not been issued yet (recent result)
I only have the official NIOS marksheet downloaded from the result portal
I have already uploaded a self-attested scanned copy of the NIOS marksheet.
I have also contacted support but helpline is not reachable.
What should I do?
