Oracle stock option vs RSU
I recently received my offer letter (IDC), and I've been given a choice to receive equity in the form of either RSUs or options. With options I'll get 4x stocks, but with RSUs there's guaranteed returns. I am not sure which one to choose from these. Anyone here can help?
