Hi, everyone! I currently passed the interview for DHVA Batch 57 and for training na ako next month. However, they are asking for COE from my recent employer, which is another VA agency that I am currently under with. Ngayon, I messaged the VA agency if they could issue me a certificate, but they said that they don’t allow it. Ang plan ko is mag-resign pero walang guarantee na mabibigyan ako ng Certificate. With this said, may I ask if sapat na ba ‘yong screenshot ng convo containing my resignation and their approval? Or if meron pa po ba kayong naiisip na other proof na maibigay aside from the COE, since I have a feeling that the agency won’t give it to me.

Hello po! I just recently passed the QE for the DHVA dept. under HR. May I ask lang po ano po mga tips niyo for the interview? Dito po kasi ako usually bumabagsak and need ko lang po sana tips paano po pumasa for the interview. Thank you so much po!
