Return Issues
Asked Chessnut to process a return within 24 hours of getting a board delivered. Never thought it would be this much of a hassle. After three direct follow ups I leveraged social media which they finally acknowledged. I got the standard reply that many here have that my email went to spam. ((Crazy how every email ends up in spam)). After a ton of back and forth they finally sent me a return label. I dropped it off and it was now received by chessnut a week ago. I followed up to ask for the status of my return and they suggested it takes weeks to process their mail and I need to sit tight.
I feel as though this company is obviously running a scam hoping people give up and do not keep following up. I am losing faith I will get my money back and prepared to fight as necessary. Has anyone found channels of reporting their business model that have been successful? I know BBB can't do much, any other suggestions?
