My ps5 will not connect.
I have tried everything (that I’m aware of), and it has been over 20 minutes since this issue started
In case this helps (I very much doubt it, but I’ll explain).
I was in a discord with a couple of friends there was around 5 of us in the call, we played 30 minutes of overwatch and suddenly a lot of things weren’t loading such as… My friends list, my online status and lastly the network but strangely I can see how many are on right now but I cannot load the profiles of my friends.
I have tried these numerous things that I could find on Reddit and Google, but haven’t had any luck so far
I tried switching the dns from automatic to manual
Put it onto 8.8.8.8 primary and 8.8.4.4 secondary.
I have also pressed forget network and tried putting the password back in (which worked) but didn’t solve the issue I’m having right now.
Waited 5-10 minutes after restarting my PlayStation
which normally does work when I have similar issues.
I’m not sure whether it’s my internet providers issue as I have had multiple similar issues such as this one since we switched from BT broadband to sky instead as it was cheaper than what we had originally.
It says I’m online, then it says I’m not, and it also does say that my friends aren’t online and then it disappears.
