UP or TUP need advice!
Hi everyone,
Need ko lang po sana ng advice regarding my college decision.
Torn po ako between UPV BS Applied Mathematics and TUPV Electrical Engineering. UP has always been my dream school, while Electrical Engineering naman is my dream program, kaya nahihirapan akong mag-decide.
If I choose UPV, willing naman akong bigyan ng chance ang Applied Mathematics and see if magugustuhan ko siya as time goes by. At the same time, isa rin sa mga kino-consider ko ang possibility of ttransferring to UPLB Electrical Engineering in the future if magkaroon ng opportunity.
On the other hand, if I choose TUPV, diretso na agad ako sa Electrical Engineering, which is the field that I've been interested in for a long time. Pero kapalit naman nito is giving up the chance to study in UP.
Sa mga naka-experience ng similar situation, what would you prioritize: your dream school or your dream program? I'd also appreciate insights from anyone studying Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or those who have gone through the transfer process within UP.
