Hornady 190gr FTX Catestrophic Fouling. Alternatives?

Somewhat new to 300 blackout. Brand new Daniel Defense PDW with a Silncerco Velos 762. Fresh out of the box, lubed it up just to be on the safe side.

After only 10 rounds, the gun would not function. I could not get the bolt home, even with a forward assist. I also could not eject the round with the charging handle and manual pressure. I ended up having to mortar it to get it out because it was stuck. Tried again, same result.

I took the gun apart and see all this crap inside particularly on the bolt face. But it's everywhere. I'm reading now that this is a particularly dirty round , but holy crap , is it so dirty that it renders the gun inoperable after less than a mag? I couldn't believe it.

Am I correct that this is just bad ammo or is there something else at play here? And that being said, what ammo should I be using? The appeal of 300 blackout to me was shooting subs but if they don't work...

Thanks all
