Please advise 31M+36F

I (31M) did a PCR in June and it came back positive for UU(10^1.71ml) and MH (10^2.88ml), I’m mentioning the levels, because they were apparently low. I never had any symptoms.
I did 18 days of doxi, unfortunately at that time didn’t know that it needs to be followed by azithro. Then 4 weeks later did another PCR, MH came back negative, BUT UU was still positive and with a higher load 10^3.28ml.
Me and my girlfriend are living in different parts of the world, after the test I went to her country. We were trying to have a baby and we spoke with a doctor and he assured us that we should continue on trying regardless of my test result(he said that this bacteria means nothing and millions of ppl around the world aren’t having issues).
I’m now freaking out that I have infected her. I came back to my country and we are soon to be reunited. She did a culture test, because PCR wasn’t available in her city. She isn’t experiencing any symptoms. We are a little anxious because of her age and that 3weeks doxi + azithro will torment her.
If the culture test comes back negative we should test with PCR, right? Even if she is lacking symptoms, we should do the treatment? Can you please advise for some probiotics, aftercare or whatever that can help us to conceive after the treatment
