How to pay for developer account for play store as a student?
So, I am currently studying B.Ed in Science and doing programming as a hobby. Recently i Developed an app containing many games which kids can play & learn alphabets and numbers in both English & Nepali. I want to Release it on the play store but i need a developer account.
In Nepal, How do i make a debit card to pay for it? I can apply for a simple credit card but i think it needs to be international enabled.
I don't have anyone that have that kind of card so I can't pay through them.
Actually i don't even have any english translated documents that proves my identity like i have citizenship (but that's nepali, well backward is English doe this count), i have applied for NID but i don't Think i will get card before a year, i don't have driving license or passport.
Whattt do i do?
