22 year old un married diagnosed with pof.on birth control pills for period cycles.suggested by doctor that plasma rich platelets on ovaries may help regularize periods and egg release.can I have your suggestion.did anyone undergo such treatment and any success stories

Also how long the treatment has to be done.and how long it may show results. If I am married at 24 and try for fertility should I keep on undergoing this prp or is it one time procedure.

Kindly help.very confused
