PPH blood less impacting on milk supply? - FTM - advice

I had difficulty collecting colostrum before the birth of our baby boy 8 days ago. Lost 1L of blood approx in following labour and birth. I started express feeding him with the help of midwives on Days1-2. Day 3 weight check showed he lost 12% so back to hospital and on a feeding plan to do breast feed, then electric pump while partner fed 50ml formula. Day 5 & 7 managed to pump 20ml in total for the full day and NOTHING Day 6 & 8 (today). I’ve tried a manual pump, electric pump, hand expression which weirdly works better in tiny drops than the pump.
It’s been full on and busy. Any advice on how to get breastfeeding on track? I’m latching baby every 3-5 hrs since birth, drinking lots of water and trying to relax at home when possible.

Thanks all!!

Breast Feeding and Pumping

Need help please. FTM and my LO seems happy to breast feed and seems to be latching well from Day 4-now. It’s Day 8 today and even though I managed to pump 25ml on Day 6, I cannot pump any milk over the last 2 days - nothing comes out with the pumps but I can collect 1ml syringes by hand expressing m. It won’t be enough for baby and I don’t have the time for to this long term while sleep deprived. My boobs have not engorged and are actually very soft and squishy - possible because I lost approx 1 litre of blood in birth. Any advice on what to do as I really want to breastfeed but feel like I’ve missed the window!!!
