We’re moving out of our apartment at the corner of 27th street and 6th ave (100 w 27th street) and are looking for someone to take over the lease starting July 1st (flexible).

• 2 Bed
• 2 Bath (both ensuite - in the bedrooms)
• 5th floor walk up
• High ceilings
• Plenty of natural light
• View of the empire state building
• Current lease runs through October 2027

This is a lease assignment through the property manager. You’ll apply with them directly, and if approved, you’ll take over the lease.
