realistically when is the best time to get a flat in the north campus?? some say its right now and then others are like i should wait until i get back from home in july (like 10 days before college starts). when are the rent prices the cheapest here? i tried getting a flat in the off season as well but there were very few options and rent was very high so the brokers told me to wait until june-july. should i get a flat now or wait until july? it’s more difficult bcs i’m leaving after exams and won’t be able to come before ending july.
