My ASUS RTX 3050 laptop graphics look blurry and washed out in games. Is this normal?

I seriously don’t know if my laptop is defective or if the its the laptops normal performance. I have an ASUS A15 laptop with an RTX 3050 4GB and games look way worse than I expected.

Problems I notice:

* Distant buildings/textures look blurry

* Colors and contrast look dull/washed out

* Some games look sharper when I take a photo with my phone than when I actually look at the screen

* Dark areas are hard to see even with brightness up

* Edges/menu popups sometimes look jagged or blurry

* Anti-aliasing in games dont do jack shiiit

I already tried:

* Updating NVIDIA drivers

* Changing NVIDIA Control Panel settings

* Different in-game graphics presets

* Sharpness filters

* Resolution checks

* Laptop brightness changes

Games like:

* Batman: Arkham Knight

* Days Gone

* Witcher 3

At this point I can’t tell if:

  1. RTX 3050 laptop graphics are just not great

  2. The ASUS screen itself is bad

  3. Something is wrong with my settings

Anyone else with a 3050 laptop experience this? Especially on ASUS TUF/A15 models?
