Is anyone using MorningStar for 401(k)? If so, how much has been your YTD gains this year? My YTD is 10.61% for self managed with diversification in Large, Small, International and RTX.
I found a position that I really like, but was promoted into my current role about 9 months ago. Do I need to inform my section manager before I apply? What happens when you do apply to another role within a year? Do you automatically get rejected? Note: I am currently Raytheon, new position I like in same grade is at Collins.
