I have transferred money from my remitly account to gotyme bank corporation account. It says it will take 3 business days to reflect on my online account with gotyme. But it goes that it will go a minimum of at least 10 business days to reflect on my account. I complained with gotyme bank corporation to their customer service but they claim they have not received the transfer from remitly. And gotyme said they will send feedback before MAY 30, 2026.

This is very frustrating and very bad experience. You have to beg for them to give your own money from remitly.
