traderie discord mods > adopt me discord mods
This was a situation that happened to me which I find very weird and just would like to share because my voice wasn’t heard at all.
I reported a user promoting cross-trading on their bio and sending dms to users coming from both traderie servers and adopt me servers. A mod from traderie listened to the issue and handled it.
Meanwhile, a mod from adopt me basically said “yeah we can’t handle dm issues like that unless it has cross trading involved” . Obviously, they didn’t even listen to my issue and take the time to see the evidence I’ve given out.
Anyways, I responded instantly to the message and kindly told them “oh there is cross trading involved“ and gave them full screenshots! But no. This mod proceeds to leave me on read for another 2 days and then closed the ticket with no reasoning. And usually before you close tickets aren’t you supposes to tell the user you’re closing it and if there are any questions the user have they can be asked???
idk..this experience was weird and honestly made me upset.
