Why are they worth the same😭

You literally need twice as many acorns as the otter costs to get the rainbow trout AND you also need to catch that rainbow karp to get it… it doesn’t make sense that they cost the same. Does someone have an explanation for this cuz I don’t get it?

Honestly, I think it looks more like a Halloween/Autumns animal than a summer one, but it's so cute! ( My new baby )

It's a shame that this little guy is doomed to end up like all the other like has no value because of bots,

and since it's not in the cute/preppy style, I personally find him adorable;

I hope I'm not alone.

Honestly, even though it's more Halloween than summer, I think Adopte did a great job on this little guy, and the mega/neon is super cool.Instead of just coloring in the burning parts as usual, they did something more subtle, but it still gives it a Magic Hyrogriff vibe. What do you think?

My Honest Thoughts On All The Adopt Me Drama RN

TW: OPINIONS

1 - The Summer Camp Event Is Boring.

Alright, fair enough, might not be your cup of tea but when you actually like think about it, this game has been running for 7 years (with pets), they probably don't want to make what feels like a repeat of literally every other Summer Fest update, besides, if they don't experiment, how will they know what works and what doesn't? I'm not saying that the people who think these things are wrong, it's just it seems kinda unfair to be hounding the Adopt Me team over social media because you don't think the update is good, I mean, unless you know roughly how difficult the coding and creating is, I don't really think we're people to say it's trash, but eh, just my opinion.

2 - Acorns Are Too Hard To Get For Regular Players / Everything's Too Expensive.

.... Honestly, kinda agree with this one about the difficulty getting acorns, but like, the prices are actually relatively cheap compared to most event currency pets, I suppose they feel expensive because of how difficult it is to get the acorns, especially with all the glitches which is a valid complaint, as I said earlier though, feedback is okay, but can we please not be hounding people on social media. T T

3 - The Bat Dragon, Solarus (ect.)

Okay, I have nothing to say abt the bat dragon, go look at the mega thread for that. But with the Solarus, it just seems like an unfair situation where no one can really win due to the fact that people were complaining that it looked too much like a dragon from another game with the first design and then just complaining because they can with the redesign, it very much is just a case of people being more on edge and quicker to get upset because of the bat dragon drama, however, it does feel people are finding everything and anything in pet models to be upset about. Ect, there's probably more pets I've missed that people are complaining about (avoiding adm social media mostly rn aside from this subReddit because it's chaotic.

4 - The Botting / Too Hard For Normal Players.

The problem with this is that if a human can do something, a bot can probably do it better, especially with how ai is these days, if they make everything too easy then lots of people can get it sure, but bots can pump them out like a factory, it's the same with if they make it too hard, most players can't get them, but bots probably still could. I've seen a lot of arguments online saying to 'just ban all the bots' but there's a few problems with this, number 1, banning all the bots could lead to innocent accounts that unknowingly friended a bot getting swept up in this, number 2, Roblox isn't really doing much about it so I don't imagine it's particularly easy for the adm devs either and number 3, no matter how many times you ban bots, you can't IP ban devices from a roblox game, only from actual roblox, so for every bot that gets banned, there's hundreds more waiting to replace it, and like I said, without Roblox doing anything, bots won't stop.

5 - Admin Abuse Is Lazy / Repetitive.

While I may agree that it can get repetitive (occasionally) I would disagree that it's lazy, despite the fact it happens every week, it still has to be coded, also, it's a really good thing for new players or people who have been scammed, they get a chance to get free items, grow their inventory, age their pets to make neons/megas and have fun, it also adds an aspect that can help players (like myself) feel like there's something worth playing for if they're experiencing burnout, I personally play Admin Abuse mostly for the drama, the Jesse vs Dagi has added a lot more to the Admin Abuse that makes it interesting.

6 - Values.

I kinda think people who complain about values are hypocrites (not all of them) because the majority of the people who complain are also the people who demand an overpay for a pet they have. It can also be really confusing and overwhelming for a returning player (oof, I remember when it was U-R for U-R or 2 U-R's for a L). Also with how ridiculous values actually are, I'm not sure if these sites just randomly assign values to screw with people or not, like even Happy Vals is kinda iffy, the people who actually use them tend to be rather pleasant people to trade with but some people use Happy Vals as 'Really Happy Because I Got An Overpay I nagged For'.

7 - Conclusion.

Anyway, thank you for reading this whole thing, if there's any I missed or you disagree with any of my opinions, I'd love to discuss it further.

A few questions as a new player

So I started playing today with my little sister because she wanted to play this game with me. I got on, hatched my egg and.. yeah I can see why this game is loved now. But I have a few questions as a new player of today. I REALLY love dragons, so is there any way to get them without trading since I don't have anything that I can trade for them?. Also what exactly am I supposed to do? (I did see one but it was worth Robux unfortunately). I hatched my first egg into a cat and have just been ageing it up. I'm not really sure what else to do. There's an event going on right now I've noticed. I found out how to spend my acorns and am saving for the Sea Otter. Is that the only pet in this event?. Sorry if this is a lot of random questions but I like this game, it's really cute and fun. I just wanna know what exactly to do to get better.

Finally got rid of extremely hard to trade pets

I know this is a lose in value, but those megas were EXTREMELY hard to trade. They had have been sitting in my inventory for months. Especially the metal ox… Absolutely no one wanted it at all for nothing. I’ve offered this same offer to tons of people with a SSBD and they instantly decline as soon as they see the megas. The neons are in game and forever losing value anyways so I don’t mind losing those. What are y’all’s thoughts?

The safari egg is the first gumball machine egg added on July 5, 2019 and we now currently have the endangered egg.

What is your favorite gumball machine egg and why?
