Ok, my wife and I want to buy our 14yo a gaming/coding computer. It will be governed by a parental control app, and that’s non-negotiable. What processor/graphics card/memory will be sufficient for a couple of years? We don’t want to spend more than 600, but if that’s unattainable are willing to come off a bit more. At what and where should we look?
