I am subleasing a single room in a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment at 507 Glenrock Avenue (top floor) for the summer, from June 1st–September (September dates negotiable). Females only, please.
The apartment is fully furnished and includes kitchen utensils, a fully stocked pantry, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, and a balcony with stunning views of the entire UCLA campus and the hills. The room itself comes with personal air conditioning, a desk, coffee table, bed, mattress, and mattress topper.
It’s about a 10-minute walk from campus and is an amazing spot for summer classes, internships, or staying in Westwood over the summer. The apartment gets great natural light and the building also has a rooftop that can be used for events!
