I’m very happy with my purchase.

My imported kei Truck arrived at port of Baltimore on May 15th and I haven’t heard a single word since. No customs update, no contact from the shipping company, nothing.

Is this normal? How long did customs take for your kei truck import, and who should I be contacting right now? Also trying to figure out when to arrange a transport company for final delivery.

Any help appreciated!
