The party found a cockring of questionable origin and my first thought was to make it a ring of jumping (cuz they'd get sprung), but I've had a more devious idea... make it a ring of shared suffering. The other ring is out there in the world somewhere being worn by who know who. Well I know who knows who, it's me! And that other person will be someone into bdsm and shit. So my player may only take half damage (until the commoner on the other end dies......), but randomly throughout the campaign, especially during long rests, my player will take damage as they get the feeling of their balls being stomped on or something.
