M[36] Been lifting consistently (3x a week) for almost 10 months. How is my progress for that timeline?
About 2.5 years ago I was around 30 lbs overweight (5'9" and 185 lbs). I got into running and over time my weight dropped down to 150 lbs. During that time I also stopped drinking and became a vegetarian. Last August I decided to get into weight lifting and now each week consists of multiple runs and multiple weight lifting sessions. I have tinkered with my calories/macros over the last 10 months, and have currently landed on 2500 calories per day and around 150-170g of protein a day.
