Hate My Life and Have No Idea What to Do

I’ve been with the company for almost two years. I have worked at big locations, including an airport throughout my career. I am now an assistant manager at one of the largest branches in my area. I am burned out and exhausted. The high expectations that just keep increasing versus the limited resources we have is frustrating and demoralizing. I am tired of being degraded by customers. I feel my physical and mental health slipping away. I’ve lost my relationships with everyone around me, I haven’t cleaned my home in a month, I am miserable and depressed, and I’m exhausted all the time. I feel like the work life balance is so bad that I am trapped, I have no time and energy to apply to other jobs—and when I do I get rejected. What do I do?
