Variety stream dilemma

I would classify myself as a variety streamer that’s personality driven, and I often play various story games like Ace Attorney, TWDG, Undertale, etc that are long and have multiple chapters. I have a small core community that will watch me play all these different games, but of course there are times when a handful of them prefer one game over another.

So what I often do is hop between these games before I even finish them and that causes me to have a bunch of games that I have started but almost none finished. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t do this to appease the overall community and although I do enjoy the games I play, it gets draining when I’m playing one of the games for consecutive streams and some people in chat aren’t interested want me to play one of the other ones.

I feel like if I were to play a game straight through that would be for the best, but I fear I may lose some of the viewers/community members along the way by doing so. I may just be fear mongering myself but idk. I’d like to read what some fellow streamers may have to say about this. Much appreciated

Lots of Views but terrible AVD

Now I just posted this video last night so it’s a bit early but the average view duration seems to be an issue. (9:30 video)

For context I’m a gaming channel, and this specific video was a funny commentary one (similar to the style of CJ Dachamp if you’re familiar). I feel like my hook was pretty good, but maybe not as good as I assumed.

There could also be other issues such as my mic quality not being the best, or people just not messing with the energy of the video. But if anyone is willing to help share their thoughts or give advice that would be helpful.

Here’s the link to the video too if you want to get into the nitty gritty as well: https://youtu.be/qOYoGZLUQ1s?si=uKWpkwK0CS6pbWfj
